A simple flow designed for booked guests staying at participating accommodation.

    Bring your own Type 2 cable

    You'll usually need to bring a Type 2 charging cable with you.

    Plug into the charger

    Park in the charging space and plug in.

  3. 3

    Scan the QR code

    Use your phone camera to scan the code on or near the charger.

  4. 4

    Pay securely

    Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No app required where possible.

  5. 5

    Start charging

    Charging will begin automatically once payment is confirmed.

  6. 6

    Unplug when finished

    When you're done, unplug and store the cable. You'll be charged for the energy you used.
